I had to step back and relax….
I poured on the oil and lit up the tender box, getting down to business on my plastic project, sometimes you just cannot force pictures to turn out the way you want, I attempted to “mock” up the finished model before its time, finding flaws in every picture. Darn it anyway, I have to do some more work on it to get it “picture perfect”! Maybe I will get this article submitted someday….
Two more kitchen windows came in yesterday, guess what I get to do today? Actually it is a good thing as right now we sleep with the windows open, but soon it is supposed to dip into the 30’s again. Freezing is never my idea of a good time.
I thought I was well on my way to collecting the “bonus” from Associated Content, re-reading the rules I found I had two articles on topics outside the parameters, leaving a mere six in the correct area. It seems I still have nine to write.
Speaking of AC, it must be Christmas time as page views have dropped off somewhat, shopping has replaced reading for parents apparently.
Next year I am going to see about a web site all my own, the next step in my evolution as a writer and one more address to remember.
Still no word on the poetry contest from Michy as yet, hopefully she hasn’t forgotten our project among all the other work she has going on. She is a very busy lady!
My attempt to finish the model enough to photograph delayed any further progress on the course” Building Better Sentences”, so there is nothing to report there.
Hopefully today will be more productive!
