A warm day!
A beautiful day outside, the dogs and Fred accompanied me to the lawn chair this morning to view a surreal scene of light fog, coating the water and boats in a soft world of pastels. Nary a ripple creased the water’s surface and only a lone gull gave voice to the stillness.
Having read Cathy Montiville’s front page article on AC about the ice storm, I am truly glad to live in an area that occasionally allows me to sit outside in December!
I was able to get quite a bit accomplished on the model I am working on, getting a few pictures for the article on the progress. Writing the article will be the easy part, building it is another story, perfectionism is not an easy thing to live with at times causing endless hours of toil on small detail. I intend to start on the writing of the article today.
I hope to get more time in on the “Building Better Sentences ” course today, having neglected it for far too long already this month.
I did manage to catch up on my reading while waiting for this machine to clean itself and defrag, catching up on the WWII magazine and even delving into “The Practical English Handbook.”
Associated content bought another article yesterday, leaving three in the queue for later. Eleven more to go this month for the bonus, hopefully I will make it. Ten bucks is ten bucks!
