Rainy day blues
The first kitchen window went right in with only minor modification and nail removal! It was a pain prying out the old cedar siding, to slip the new window behind during the installation. The kitchen is the only add on to the house and it’s stick framed (2×4 construction.) The rest of the house is cinder block. Now the waiting begins on the ordered panes….

Speaking of waiting pains, That camera is on its way, maybe someday I can include pictures here with the posts to help explain my ramblings.
We are supposed to get around two inches of rain today, not much for here, but other areas of the country would think they were drowning. We are also under a tornado watch at the present so hopefully I can get this done before we lose power, nothing like faith in the electrical supplier eh?
